Erin provides practical steps to manage diet, exercise, sleep, and hydration, and discusses the importance of varying sensory inputs and maintaining a conducive writing space.

The session also addresses managing distractions and provides techniques to overcome writer's block, such as brainstorming, visual aids, and physical activities.
