Training #641 – Easy Author Websites with Claude Code
There are several ways to create an author website:
- Hire a web design firm for $10,000+
- Use a site builder and build it yourself
- Set up WordPress on a hosting account and manage the site manually
- Use AI to generate a simple author website in about 30 minutes
In our next live training, we’ll focus on that fourth option.
We’ll demonstrate how to create a basic author website by answering a few questions about your pen name, books, and links, then making changes in plain English. You won’t need to write any code.
The method we’ll be showing uses Claude Pro for $20 for one month, though there are lower-cost options if you don’t mind a little extra setup. You’ll also want a domain name, which usually costs about $10 per year.
