Training #523 – Typesetting a Book in Microsoft Word

Microsoft Word (and by extension, Apple Pages, Google Docs, and LibreOffice or OpenOffice Writer) are, in our opinion, not the best tool for creating the print PDF of your book.

With that said, it can be done, and done well, and many people already have an installation of Word (or one of the similar apps) available to them.

In this training, Erin walks through the nuts and bolts of laying out a book so that it is print-ready using Microsoft Word.
