A.I. Narrated Audiobooks
Last month, we talked about how much the marketshare for audiobooks has been growing, and the different ways you have for creating audio versions of your books. Today, we are going to take a deep dive into and demonstrate how you can create your own audiobooks using the latest AI tools.
First, we'll describe the differences (and similarities!) between human-narrated and AI-narrated books, as well as how you can get your AI books into the largest of the audiobook retailers.
We'll then sample the limited voice options available through KDP and Apple, and demonstrate how to create your own customized audiobooks using Google Play, Eleven Labs, and PlayHT.
Finally, we will cover our recommendations for how you can move forward given the currently available options.
