Formatting your books can take a lot of work, but it doesn't necessarily have to.

In this training, Erin demonstrates how to use 4 popular ebook conversion software options for reflowable (chapter) books and discusses the strengths and weaknesses of each.

The software she highlights include:

  1. Push Button Book Formatter
  2. Vellum
  3. Atticus
  4. Reedsy

Each software was assessed based on their price, ease of use, customization options, the quality of the resulting ePub, how well they worked with images, and the resultant file size. Each software was tested with two versions of a 350+ page book, one that included illustrations and one that did not.
